Refund and Cancellation Policy
We accept two kinds of payment, and their refund terms are different. Please check which one you made.

InvestApps.in is operated as a sole proprietorship of Jijesh Janardhanan, an individual resident in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Contact: support@investapps.in.
A. Premium Subscription (₹2,000 per year)
1. Seven-day full refund
You may cancel your Premium Subscription within 7 calendar days of the date of payment and receive a full refund of ₹2,000. No reason is required. You do not have to justify the request, and we will not ask you to.
2. How to request one
Email support@investapps.in from the email address registered on your account, within 7 days of payment. Please include your payment ID — Razorpay emails it to you when you pay — so we can find the transaction quickly.
We acknowledge every request within 48 hours.
3. How the refund is made
Refunds are made to the original payment method only — the same card, UPI ID or bank account you paid from. We cannot refund to a different account.
Razorpay typically credits the refund within 5–7 working days of us processing it. The exact time depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. We will send you the Razorpay refund ID once the refund is initiated.
4. What happens to your access
Premium access ends when the refund is processed. Your account, your data and all free features remain available and unaffected — importing statements, the portfolio dashboard, holdings, SIP tracking, backup and export, and the Goal Planner. Nothing you have imported is deleted.
5. After the 7-day window
After 7 days the subscription is non-refundable. Your Premium access continues until the end of the paid 12-month term. Because the subscription does not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel: you will not be charged again, and no payment instrument is stored.
6. If we discontinue Premium
If we withdraw or discontinue the Premium service during a term you have paid for, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription pro rata, without you having to ask.
7. Repeat subscriptions
The 7-day refund window applies to your first Premium Subscription. A subsequent subscription by the same person or account is non-refundable, as you will already have used the product.
B. Voluntary contributions (“Support the Retirement Planner”)
8. These are gifts, not purchases
Contributions made through the “support” payment link are voluntary and buy nothing: no feature, no service, no priority support and no ownership. They are therefore not refundable.
9. The one exception: genuine errors
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a payment you did not authorise — email support@investapps.in within 7 days and we will refund it in full to the original payment method.

10. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails but money leaves your account, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days. If it is not, email us with the payment ID and we will chase it with Razorpay.
11. Grievance redressal
If you are unhappy with how a refund has been handled, write to support@investapps.in. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.
